Physical Therapy
Klara Melli is a licensed physical therapist with a background in complementary therapies. She is a yoga and mindfulness teacher and shiatsu practitioner. It has been her passion to combine western and eastern medicine in helping her clients to achieve their health goals.
She came across yoga and shiatsu at the age of 15 as a result of her long-lasting juvenile back pain and anxiety. If it wasn’t for her issues, she would have never discovered her true gifts. This encounter with pain taught her the most important lesson which she implements into her therapy approach: “Your problem is the life’s way to show you the direction of your next step.” She does not only treat pain and impairments, she helps her clients understand their bodies.
Klara earned her yoga teacher certification in Europe, where she also studied physical therapy and the art of shiatsu. She has been practicing, teaching, and continuously learning since 2005. After finishing her Masters in Physical Therapy at The Charles University in Prague, she moved to the USA and continued her postgraduate studies at A. T. Still University in Arizona.
