Corazon J. Coulter holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and completed her foundational nursing education at the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital School of Nursing. She brings decades of healthcare experience across diverse clinical settings. Ms. Coulter is board-certified as both an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and a Medical-Surgical Nurse.
Throughout her career, Ms. Coulter has held several leadership positions at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, including Clinical Manager of Medical-Surgical Units and Clinical Director for the PACE program. In these roles, she led major quality improvement initiatives that strengthened care transitions and enhanced clinical outcomes.
She contributed to successful Joint Commission surveys, Magnet redesignations, and Baldrige Performance Excellence Program initiatives. Her work consistently emphasizes advancing patient outcomes through evidence-based, quality-driven strategies and clinical innovation.
As a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Coulter has experience in pain management, providing comprehensive assessment and treatment for patients with acute and chronic pain in both outpatient and skilled nursing facility settings. She currently practices nephrology.
Her contributions have been recognized through multiple honors, including the Transformational Leadership Award and several distinctions for quality and service excellence. She is also a respected leader in the nursing community and currently serves as President of the Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey – Atlantic/Cape May/Gloucester County Subchapter.
Known for her compassion, diligence, and approachable demeanor, Ms. Coulter fosters a therapeutic environment that promotes comfort, trust, and healing among her patients.
