Paolo Tempongko, MD
Rheumatology
Dr. Tempongko completed his fellowship in rheumatology at Rutgers University – New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ. He completed his internal medicine residency training at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in NJ, where he served as chief resident as well. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Far Eastern University in the Philippines.
Dr. Tempongko has vast knowledge and experience in rheumatology, including diagnosing and managing rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, gout, pseudogout, lupus, fibromyalgia, vasculitis, sarcoidosis, systemic sclerosis, and osteoporosis, among others. He places utmost importance on patient involvement in the clinical decision making process. He is an active member of the prestigious American College of Rheumatology.
