Margo Macasadia, MSN, AGNP

With over 18 years of experience as a registered nurse, Margo Macasadia, MSN, AGNP, brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to patient care. Her clinical background includes extensive work in medical-surgical units, step-down telemetry, and most recently, seven dedicated years in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). She recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Stockton University in 2024. Through her journey, she discovered a strong passion for Endocrinology—a specialty that fascinates her with its complexity and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while helping them achieve better quality of life through personalized care.

What drives Margo every day is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is deeply committed to empowering her patients through education, support, and evidence-based treatment. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three daughters, staying active through exercise, and exploring her creative side with photography. Her warm, approachable nature and dedication to wellness make her a trusted and valued part of the healthcare team.
