Celebrating a Decade of Dedication
Today, we celebrate an extraordinary milestone for the SMC Physicians family. We are incredibly proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our Director of Operations, Dr. Sara Tadros!
A decade ago, Dr. Tadros joined a very different SMC Physicians. At the time of her arrival, we were a small, privately owned medical practice operating out of just a single location, managed by a handful of dedicated employees, and specializing in only two medical fields.
Fast forward to today, and SMC Physicians has transformed into a thriving, multispecialty healthcare network across South Jersey. Thanks in large part to Sara’s exceptional leadership, unwavering loyalty, and tireless work ethic, we have scaled heights we only dreamed of ten years ago. Under her operational guidance, we have grown from that single office into more than 12+ locations, expanded our team to include more than 70 dedicated employees, and diversified our care to offer eight medical specialties, allowing us to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care to our community while remaining an independent medical practice.
Milestones like this are a testament to the power of dedication. Sara’s ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare operations while fostering a supportive environment for our staff has been vital to our practice’s evolution. She has truly helped us build the infrastructure needed to deliver the advanced, leading-edge therapies our patients deserve.
Dr. Tadros, thank you for your ten years of hard work, your vision, and your profound commitment to the growth and success of SMC Physicians. We are deeply grateful to have you at the helm of our operations, and we look forward to thriving together for many more years to come!
